I’m Anna. Mind Body Coach. Speaker. Olympian.
I’ve lived the life of an Olympian, elite athlete, trainer, coach, and mum and along the way I’ve learned just how important energy flow, mindset and nutrition are for us all. As an accredited Life Coach I’m passionate about helping you achieve your own personal life, health, and fitness goals and find that connecting with nature supports the process. With experience and patience, I’m ready to share how we can eradicate limiting beliefs, fear and negative thought patterns, and heal blocked energies that may be holding you back from creating a life you love.

With 1:1 life coaching consultations in-person around Melbourne or remote sessions online, we uncover the energy flows within your life to allow the mind and body to reconnect and move forward with clarity. Where possible, I combine the grounding energy of the outdoors with mind-body strategies to help reset your compass for balance, flow, and vitality.

Movement is a part of everything I do so join me with a zoom guided walk in your neighborhood, at your own pace. Our M.O.V.E (Movement, Outdoors, Variety, Education) community of walkers, from all over Australia, reconnect with nature and learn the inherent energy flow that nurtures us for personal growth, with different topics explored weekly. Where you can ask questions and connect with others as we go

As an experienced speaker for the AOC, I share my story and explore topics such as setting goals, facing obstacles, working as a team, persistence, working smart, and tapping into energy systems. The M.O.V.E component is also available, providing an ideal wellbeing opportunity for your team to connect, be challenged, and learn more about themselves and each other.
