Step Inside. And build your own...

Oasis

A women's wellness community for sustainable health and wellbeing.

Most women I work with don't need more information.

They need somewhere they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and take the next small step with the right guidance and support around them. A space that's theirs.

That's why I built Oasis.

What Oasis is

You always have somewhere to return to.

A space you can return to every single day for a meditation, a reflection, a walk and talk session, or simply a moment to breathe. Each week I'll guide you live and each fortnight we come together to celebrate progress and reconnect.

Is Oasis for you?

Does this sound like you?

  • You're tired of scrolling for answers, listening to podcasts, or reading another self-help book and want one grounded place with real structure, proven results, and guidance from lived experience
  • You find it hard to maintain habits or care consistently for your body
  • You put everyone else first and rarely make space for yourself
  • You feel isolated and crave a community that actually gets it
  • You want to move your body and create healthy habits but life keeps getting in the way
  • For any woman who is feeling the call for community, for a space to connect, learn, grow and heal.
  • You know what you need to do but you're not doing it
  • You've tried to change before and nothing seems to stick

How it works

The rhythm of Oasis

Oasis moves with the seasons. Not a rigid course to complete, a living rhythm you return to, again and again, each time with more awareness and depth.

Roots

Safety, self-awareness and strong foundations. Slowing down and reconnecting with what matters.

Expression

Your emotional world. Reconnecting with your emotions, your voice, and the parts of you that have been protecting you.

Growth

Building habits that fit your real life and who you are becoming. Taking aligned action from a place of self-trust.

Integration

Bringing it all together. Living it. Embodying it. Sustaining it.

Inside Oasis

What you'll find here

What I saw again and again through my experience with M.O.V.E, was that the women who thrived were the ones who were successfully able to integrate what they had learned, into their daily lives. I saw them achieve this, of course, through ongoing coaching, but also through having access to a supportive community. Access to likeminded people who were on the same journey as them. People to celebrate their wins, sit with them in their lows and remind them of their "whys" when they needed it. I often wondered what it would look like if I was able to give my clients something steady to come back to. A change that is incorporated into everyday life, not just in a moment. And that's exactly what I've built into Oasis.

  • Monday — Movement. A filmed movement practice — core, yoga, strength or cardio, all doable at home. We start the week in the body.
  • Tuesday — Teaching video. A deep dive into the mind, body and nervous system. Each video connects to the season we are in and builds on the week before.
  • Wednesday — Walk and Talk live at 1pm via Zoom. A weekly live session where we connect, share, go deeper and do the inner work together. Oasis Experience members only, with recordings available after.
  • Thursday — Journal prompt and reflection. A prompt that connects directly to the week's teaching. Space to write, reflect and integrate.
  • Friday — Nutrition. A recipe or a short tip built around gut health and real food. Simple, seasonal and genuinely delicious.
  • Saturday — Rest. A day off. Cook the Friday recipe. Relisten. Breathe.
  • Sunday — Breathwork or Meditation. A short breathwork or meditation practice — 3 to 5 minutes to close the week and settle the nervous system before Monday begins again.

Where Oasis began

Women's Health Coach

Anna Baylis

Olympian · Hawaii Ironman finisher · Life coach · Personal trainer

I've spent decades in high-performance sport and over a decade coaching women through real, lasting change.

What I've learned is that real wellbeing doesn't come from extremes or quick fixes. It comes from building strong foundations over time, with the right support around you.

I also want you to know that I'm no different from the women I work with. I've sat with my own psychologist, my own therapist, my own coaches. I've been through my own seasons of loss, rebuilding, and finding my way back to myself. I became the coach I am because of those experiences, not in spite of them.

I know what it feels like to be completely shattered and to have to start again. I also know, without any doubt, that it is possible to create a life with genuine happiness and joy on the other side of it.

"That's not theory. That's my life."

Oasis grew out of my M.O.V.E. program, four years of guiding small groups of women through real transformation. The results I witnessed were profound. Oasis is the natural evolution of that work. A space where more women can access the same structure, guidance and ongoing support, and keep coming back to deepen it over time.

Common questions FAQs

Oasis is an online women's wellness community that runs across four seasons — Roots, Expression, Growth and Integration, each 12 weeks long. Every week inside Oasis has a rhythm; movement on Monday, a teaching video on Tuesday, a live Walk and Talk on Wednesday, journal prompts on Thursday, nutrition on Friday and breathwork or Meditation on Sunday. It is a living, breathing community designed to hold you week after week, season after season.

The only live elements are the Walk and Talk sessions on Wednesdays and the fortnightly Celebration of Self. Everything else, teaching videos, movement, nutrition, meditations, breathwork, is pre-recorded and available for you to access in your own time throughout the week.

You join wherever the community is up to and move forward from there. The Evergreen Foundation Series, a permanent collection of resources, is always available to every member from day one, no matter when you join. This gives you the foundational tools regardless of where the season is up to.

Oasis is designed for real life. The daily content is short, movement sessions are 5 to 10 minutes, teaching videos are 2 to 10 minutes, journal prompts are 5 to 10 minutes, breathwork practices are 3 to 5 minutes. The Walk and Talk live session is 30 minutes on Wednesdays. If you can give Oasis 10 minutes a day you will get the full experience. If some weeks are busier, that is okay too. The content is there when you are ready.

Absolutely. Oasis is designed to meet you exactly where you are. There is no prior knowledge of coaching, mindfulness or wellness practice required. The Roots season is specifically designed to build your foundation from the ground up, it is the ideal starting point for anyone new to this kind of work.

The minimum membership term is three months, billed monthly. This reflects the nature of the work, genuine change takes time and we want to give you enough runway to actually feel the difference. After your initial three months your membership continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time with seven days notice before your next billing date.

No. Oasis is a personal development and wellness community, not a medical, psychological or clinical service. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges please speak with a qualified professional before joining. Oasis is designed to complement, not replace, professional support.
