Most women I work with don’t need more information. They need a place to land. Oasis is online coaching for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and take the next small step with the right guidance and support around them. A space that’s theirs. Steady, grounded, and always there.

You always have somewhere to return to.

It’s a space you can return to every single day — for a meditation, a reflection, a walk and talk session, or simply a moment to breathe. Each week I’ll guide you live and each fortnight we come together to celebrate progress and reconnect.

What I saw again and again through M.O.V.E. was that the women who thrived weren’t the ones who pushed hardest. They were the ones who had something steady to come back to. A rhythm, a guide, and a community that felt like theirs.

That’s exactly what I’ve built into Oasis.

What is inside:

Every week inside Oasis you will find:

  • Monday — Movement. A filmed movement practice — core, yoga, strength or cardio — all doable at home. We start the week in the body.
  • Tuesday — Teaching video. A deep dive into the mind, body and nervous system. Each video connects to the season we are in and builds on the week before.
  • Wednesday — Walk and Talk live via Zoom at 1pm. A weekly live session where we connect, share, go deeper and do the inner work together. This is the heartbeat of Oasis. Oasis Experience members only — with recordings available after.
  • Thursday — Journal prompt and reflection. A prompt that connects directly to the week’s teaching. Space to write, reflect and integrate.
  • Friday — Nutrition. A recipe and short tip video built around gut health and real food. Simple, seasonal and genuinely delicious.
  • Saturday — Rest. A day off. Cook the Friday recipe. Relisten. Breathe.
  • Sunday — Breathwork. A short breathwork practice — 3 to 5 minutes — to close the week and settle the nervous system before Monday begins again.

WHERE OASIS BEGAN

Oasis grew out of my M.O.V.E. program, four years of guiding small groups of women through real transformation. The results I witnessed were profound. Oasis is the natural evolution of that work. A space where more women can access the same structure, guidance and ongoing support, and keep coming back to deepen it over time.

M.O.V.E. stands for Movement, Outdoors, Variety, Education. The principles that guided M.O.V.E. for four years are still at the heart of everything inside Oasis.

What began as M.O.V.E. has evolved into Oasis — online coaching for women that makes this ongoing support accessible to more women.

I also want you to know that I’m no different from the women I work with. I’ve sat with my own psychologist, my own therapist, my own coaches. I’ve been through my own seasons of loss, rebuilding, and finding my way back to myself. I became the coach I am because of those experiences, not in spite of them.

I know what it feels like to be completely shattered and to have to start again. I also know, without any doubt, that it is possible to create a life with genuine happiness and joy on the other side of it.

That’s not theory. That’s my life.

I’ve spent decades in high-performance sport and over a decade coaching women through real, lasting change. Real wellbeing doesn’t come from extremes or quick fixes. It comes from building strong foundations over time, with the right support around you.

Oasis is hosted on a private platform you can access anytime from your phone or computer. Simple, easy to use, and always there when you need it.

Oasis brings together online coaching for women in a steady, supportive rhythm built around real life.

You can engage in your own time, at your own pace. There is no pressure to keep up. Oasis is designed to support you at your own pace.

Oasis moves with the seasons. Not a rigid program to complete — a living rhythm you return to, again and again, each time with more awareness and depth.

You can join at any point in the cycle and return to it as many times as you need.

No. The weekly Walk and Talk session is recorded and available on the platform straight after, so you can listen whenever it suits you. Everything is designed to fit into your real life.

No. Oasis is a shared community space. If you’re looking for personalised 1-1 support, that’s available separately. Many women find Oasis is a perfect complement to individual coaching.

Oasis will be opening soon to a small group of founding members. You can join the waitlist to be the first to hear when doors open.

Oasis is for women who want to care for their health, reconnect with themselves and build sustainable habits in a supportive environment.

Oasis isn’t a program you need to keep up with. It’s a space you can return to.

It’s designed as an ecosystem, not a one-time experience.
