REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all membership and coaching services offered by Jade Bay
(ABN: 62 834 308 042) trading as Anna Baylis Mind Body Coach, including the Oasis
online wellness community and 1-1 coaching and personal training services.

1. OASIS MEMBERSHIP — REFUND POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Oasis membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

By joining Oasis you acknowledge and accept this policy as part of the Oasis Membership
Agreement.

If you have concerns about a charge or believe an error has been made please contact
me directly at info@annabaylis.com.au and I will do my best to resolve it promptly.

2. OASIS MEMBERSHIP — CANCELLATION POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Oasis membership operates on a minimum three month commitment from the date
of joining — whichever season you join. This minimum term exists because real change
takes time and we ask that you honour your commitment to yourself and to the journey.

After the minimum three month term your membership continues on a month-to-month basis.

To cancel your membership please provide a minimum of seven days notice prior to your
next billing date. Cancellations received with less than seven days notice will take effect
from the following billing cycle.

To cancel please send a direct message inside Oasis or email info@annabaylis.com.au.

Founding member pricing is available for a limited time and is locked in for the duration
of continuous membership.
Cancellation and rejoining at a later date will result in membership at the current standard rate.

3. 1-1 COACHING AND PERSONAL TRAINING — REFUND POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Session packages and coaching programs are non-refundable once commenced.

For individual sessions — cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged
in full. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

4. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or
remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee you may be entitled to a remedy under the
Australian Consumer Law.
