MOVEMENT
Movement has always been a fundamental part of my life. It has allowed me to develop body awareness, maintain physical and mental health, connect with my heart, unleash my creativity, shift my energies, and feel invigorated and alive. I have experienced some of my most challenging moments while moving during my athletic career, but they helped me grow. On the other hand, my most creative moments arise when the energy of nature flows through me, regenerating, healing, and inspiring me.
There are countless scientific benefits to movement. It improves organ function, boosts immunity, strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, increases bone density, tones and strengthens muscles, and releases endorphins, providing us with energy and mental clarity. Combined with proper nutrition, it allows for optimal health.
In the M.O.V.E sessions, we will get your energy flowing, engaging all your senses while connecting with nature and others. You can expect your mind to open up to new ideas, aha moments, and creative thoughts.
OUTDOORS
Nature and its vibrational energy frequency have always drawn me in. Did you know that we vibrate at the same frequency as the earth, which brings us back into harmony? I feel most at home, connected, and free to help others outdoors, in nature.
Our current way of life has distanced us from nature, keeping us indoors, and depriving us of sunlight and fresh air. This disconnect has lowered our vibrational frequency. Like nature, we need a range of different elements to survive, such as sun, water, oxygen, positive energy, a stable foundation, and room to grow. In our M.O.V.E sessions, we return to our roots, learn from and in nature, and heal through grounding, breathing, being present, and engaging with our five senses.
VARIETY
For me, variety truly is the spice of life. It keeps me engaged, motivated, and fosters personal growth. Embracing variety brings about challenge, change, and a sense of empowerment. Often, we find ourselves trapped in the monotonous routines of life, feeling stagnant, unmotivated, and uninspired. In our M.O.V.E sessions, we infuse variety into our journey. We expand our awareness, ignite our creativity, explore new circumstances, and engage the mind, body, and spirit. This broadens our horizons, creates new opportunities, and opens up endless possibilities.
Each session becomes a unique experience through a change of locations, a variety of topics, and mindfulness exercises. We introduce you to a range of wellness modalities that empower you on your path. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse community of individuals, fostering new interactions.
EDUCATION
In the M.O.V.E sessions, we embark on what I refer to as “Education for Life,” delving into the Tree of Life. Together, we explore a wide range of important topics, including values, beliefs, nutrition, emotions, purpose, routines, rituals, boundaries, relationships, intimacy, and much more. This comprehensive exploration equips you with valuable insights and awareness to make choices that align with your values and reflect the person you are becoming and your future self.
It is often said that what we don’t know, we don’t know. That’s why these sessions are filled with numerous “ah-ha” moments, providing opportunities for profound realizations. Moreover, active participation from the participants is encouraged and valued. We believe that if we are not growing, we are stagnant, and growth is essential for a fulfilling life.
Together, we journey through the Tree of Life, unraveling its branches and uncovering the wisdom and knowledge necessary for personal transformation. These sessions offer an engaging and enlightening experience that empowers you to make informed choices and embrace your journey of growth and self-discovery.
‘Loving yourself, Letting go and Looking within’ – we help discover ways of accepting who you are in this moment and ways of moving forward. Learn the importance of our emotions, how to release the energies these emotions store in our bodies, and the healing from removing the blocks from our past to allow energy to flow.
